Everything Said & Done it's Time for Some Real Action.

The stage has been set. Everything of the field is complete. Its time-to sit-back and enjoy the cricket action
Nyanza Cricket Association organise their first cricket Competition in Kisumu today.

Joseph Angara, who looked less than threatening with his medium-pace bowling for Kenya, but he bowled miserly, wicket-to-wicket wobbler's and who can forget his spell of 3/30 against India.
Nowadays involved in coaching, Joseph Angara will attend the event on behalf of "CK". He has also helped the “Nyanza Cricket Association” in structuring and Carve Out a Plan.
Although resources are limited “Nyanza Cricket Association” has worked extremely hard to give the best possible facilities. They don't have a matting or turf wicket, so the games shall be played on a hockey murram pitch and a well prepared football field. Mr. Derrick Inyanje (Treasurer) has arranged 4 trophies and 24 medals for the Price Distribution Ceremony. The Provincial sports Officer has also been invited and several media houses will cover the event

Three different levels of competition will be held

  • Eight senior boys’ teams (2 pools of 4 boys teams)
  • Three girl’s teams
  • Three junior boys’ teams
The action has already kicked off!!!!
