Umpires play an important role in cricket.“CK” held an umpiring course on 30th and 1st July. David Odhiambo the development manager of CK facilitated the event.
Sixteen umpires were trained to boost officiating of cricket in the region. This is a very important development as “NCA” and the whole region need good umpires, scores and coaches if it has to be abele to stand on its own feet and have a league of its own.
There will be more courses for umpires, scores and coaches in the near future too as it is an important element of the game, and this is the time to lay foundation before the “NCA” in thrown in the deep sea.
